What to expect
Introductory call
30 minutes, no cost. We discuss what you're dealing with, what you've already tried, and whether coaching is actually the right intervention. Sometimes it isn't, and I'll tell you.
Scoping & agreement
If there's a fit, I'll send a one-page engagement letter. No 40-page contracts. It covers scope, cadence, confidentiality, and pricing. You read it, sign it, and we begin.
The work
Sessions are structured but not rigid. I prepare for every session. You'll receive a brief ahead of time, and session notes after. Between sessions, I'm available asynchronously for anything urgent.
Closing & next steps
At the end of an engagement, you receive a written brief summarising the work, the shifts, and recommended next steps. Some clients move to advisory. Some don't need to. Both are good outcomes.
Before you ask
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-facing. We work on decisions, strategy, and leadership — not diagnosis or treatment. If I think therapy would be more appropriate, I'll say so.
Do you work with teams?
Not currently. Meridian is one-to-one only. If you need team facilitation, I'll refer you to someone excellent.
What if it's not working?
We'll know by session two. If it's not the right fit, we stop — no hard feelings, no lock-in beyond the agreed minimum.
