Before coaching, I spent twelve years inside organisations — building teams, navigating boards, and learning (the hard way) that most leadership failures aren't about skill. They're about blind spots.
I started Meridian because I wanted to do the work that actually moves the needle: the private, uncomfortable, strategically consequential conversations that don't happen in board meetings.
I hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology from [University] and am an accredited coach with the ICF at PCC level. But honestly, the credentials matter less than the 800+ hours I've spent in the room with people making real decisions under real pressure.
Principles, not platitudes
Honesty over comfort
You're not paying for reassurance. You're paying for the perspective you can't get from people who depend on you. If the emperor has no clothes, I'll say so — with care, but without hedging.
Structure over vibes
Every session has an arc. We don't just "see where it goes." You arrive with a question, we work it properly, and you leave with something concrete — a decision, a frame, a next move.
Context over frameworks
I don't hand you a model and walk away. I learn your business, your team, your constraints. The advice that works for a 200-person Series C is useless for a bootstrapped studio of nine.
Confidentiality, full stop
No case studies about you. No "anonymous" LinkedIn posts that are obviously about your situation. What happens in session stays in session. Period.
Where the thinking happens
Sessions take place in a private office in central London, or over video for international clients. The environment is quiet, unhurried, and completely confidential.
No open-plan distractions. No co-working ambience. Just two people and the problem that matters most right now.
